Digital Return Policy

Evera Home Academy sells digital courses only. Because no physical product is shipped, there is nothing to mail back.

Physical returns

Physical returns do not apply to our products. We do not sell or ship storage products, containers, furniture or any other physical goods.

Defective or incorrect files

If a file you receive is corrupted, will not open, is materially incomplete, or does not match the course you bought, email [email protected]. We will replace the file or restore your access, and if we cannot fix the problem we will issue a refund.

Refunds

You do not need to return anything to request a refund. Refunds follow our Refund Policy, including the 14-calendar-day request window.

Cancellation

All courses are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. See our Delivery & Cancellation Policy.
