These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and your purchase of courses from Evera Home Academy, an online education brand owned and operated by EVERA FN, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using our materials, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our products
We sell our own digital educational courses about home organization, including decluttering, room-by-room organizing methods, kitchen and pantry systems, closets and storage, small-space solutions, household routines and planning templates. Each course consists of the digital materials listed for it on our website at the time of purchase. Products are for educational purposes only.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make a purchase. A minor may use the materials only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who makes the purchase.
4. Prices, currency and payment
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) before purchase. Our current courses are sold for USD 24, USD 42, USD 75, USD 120, USD 180 and USD 300 as one-time payments. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor through a secure checkout; we do not store full card numbers. Any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout. Your card issuer may charge currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fees, which are outside our control.
5. Digital delivery
Courses are delivered electronically after successful payment, as described in our Delivery & Cancellation Policy. No physical goods are shipped.
6. Refunds
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase by contacting [email protected]. Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.
7. No subscription; cancellation
All current courses are one-time purchases. They do not renew automatically and there is no recurring charge to cancel. If we ever offer a recurring product, its price, billing frequency and cancellation terms will be clearly disclosed before you buy.
8. Educational disclaimer and safety
Our courses are general educational content. They are not a professional-organizer certification or credential, and they are not legal, financial, medical, mental-health, pest-control, structural or safety advice. When organizing, always follow manufacturers' instructions for shelving, furniture and storage products (including anchoring tall furniture to the wall), use cleaning products only as directed on their labels, lift safely, and consult a qualified professional for electrical, structural, mold or other specialized issues. You are responsible for deciding what to keep, donate, sell or dispose of, and for following local disposal and recycling rules.
9. No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any skill level, bookings, clients, employment, income or other specific result. Results depend on your practice, products, experience and individual circumstances.
10. License to use the materials
When you buy a course, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own learning. You may not resell, share, publish, redistribute, copy for commercial purposes or claim the materials as your own.
11. Intellectual property
The course text, planners, checklists, templates, graphics, website content and branding are owned by or licensed to EVERA FN, LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws.
12. Acceptable use
You may not use our website, checkout or support channels for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse any payment method.
13. Third-party services
We use third-party providers for payments, hosting, email and delivery. Their services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that course. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
15. Consumer rights and governing law
Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise. Before starting any dispute, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.
